This is from Chapter 28: Extinguished. Riley and Disgust find Joy horribly injured; she's alive, but only barely. Riley scoops Joy into her hands and feels guilty. Joy slowly opens her eyes and sees Riley's face. She softly whispers that she finally got to see Riley in person.
This scene really hit me hard. Seeing my favorite emotion in so much pain was heartbreaking.
